Hello, and thank you for visiting the Horse N' Carriage website. My name is Kevin O'Boy, and I have been the owner of the restaurant since 1984! To all of our loyal customers, let me first say, thank you for your patronage over these incredible years.

We are not a chain, we are a true neighborhood family restaurant. Our wonderful staff resembles the community, as all of them live in the surrounding towns. I am very proud of my staff. Many of us have been together for over 35 years.

Morris Naggar, the executive chef, has been with my family since we opened 39 years ago. Morris and his team take enormous pride in the food they prepare and serve, and we use only the freshest ingredients. All of our menu items are homemade, and have withstood the "test of time". Much of my waitstaff and bar managers have also been with me for many years, which helps make the restaurant feel like a second home to us, and we hope that reflects in the atmosphere.

Our goal when we opened was to provide a great meal at a fair price, with friendly service. We believed this was a sound recipe for success, and that has been the result. We have served over 2 million customers in our 40 years.

We want to congratulate and thank our former executive chef, Vincent Megna, for his 39 wonderful years.  We wish him and his family health and happiness and thank him for setting the standards at an incredibly high bar.
